Refund Policy

Full refund — before production starts

If your order has not entered production — you are still reviewing the script, awaiting payment verification, or queued — you may cancel for a full refund, no questions asked. Because payment opens only after you lock your script, most of the journey is refundable by design.

After delivery

A delivered film is a digital good built from the exact script you locked, so delivered orders are not refundable for change of mind. But if the film is wrong on our side — a figure that differs from your locked script, a corrupted or unplayable file, the wrong cut or tier — we re-render it free; if we cannot fix it, we refund in full.

Edits after delivery

Want different wording after delivery? That is a script re-render (listed under add-ons; included free once with Full-tier and 3-Pack orders). Editing is free and unlimited before you pay — that is what the review step is for.

How refunds run

Payments are taken by Gumroad; approved refunds are issued back through Gumroad to your original payment method.
