What you consent to

By ticking the consent box on the order form, you confirm the photo is of you (or you hold the rights to it) and authorise PitchReel to place it into the layout of your own film only.

How the photo is used

• Composed into the film’s screens as a still image — position and crop vary by screen layout.
• Used pixel-true: we do not animate your face, synthesise speech or movement, generate a look-alike, or alter your appearance.
• Never used in another customer’s film, in advertising, or to train models.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent before production starts (full refund applies). After delivery, email us and we will delete the source photo and film files per the Privacy Policy; copies you have already downloaded or shared are yours to manage.
